Hassan-Behrouz Lavassany
Born in Beirut in 1963 to an Iranian father and a Lebanese mother, Hassan-Behrouz Lavassany is a distinguished artist with a rich multicultural background. He studied drama and cinematography in Lebanon and France, and his life's journey has taken him to various countries, including Egypt and the United States. His artistic journey began at the tender age of 14, with a style he calls Modern Miniatures. Since 1987, Hassan's artworks have graced prestigious venues across the globe, showcased in both collective exhibits and solo exhibitions in cities such as Beirut, Paris, New York, Tokyo, Madrid, Brussels, Istanbul, Seattle, and San Francisco. His works are renowned for their meticulous detail, captivating seasoned collectors worldwide. Beyond his visual art, Hassan's theatrical experience spans performances and participations in Lebanon and France, with notable contributions to TV for Arte in Germany and TV5 Monde in France. He has also collaborated with the Caracalla dance company in Lebanon and Patrick Dupont dance company in France. Hassan’s diverse talents and cultural experiences continue to inspire and captivate audiences around the world.
