Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order artworks may take 2-4 weeks to prepare before shipping. The exact timeframe will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options based on your location:
UAE & GCC Countries:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days.
- Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your shipment through our partner carriers.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
- We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Artse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of artwork, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
